Kelli has spent years developing her skills as a dog trainer and has successfully trained dozens of dogs. With her enriched expert background in human development she brings a deep understanding of the importance of giving dogs a great starting foundation. She has a strong knowledge of puppy development and has successfully completed advanced puppy training, specifically ages 8 weeks - 1 year. She works closely with owners all over the country and provides support after puppies join their families. She incorporates her family, dogs and lifestyle into how each puppy experiences their first few independent months in the world. Her in-house training and development, keeps puppies under foot and engaged in appropriate activities, family life and adventures. Puppies are raised on a positive promotion schedule, and are able to express themselves while they grow and learn the world. Kelli is able to give each individual puppy, that she works with, the best learning style based on their individual personalities while following similar patterns of teaching and age beneficial schedules. It is her goal to encourage a balanced and neutral young dog that can go on to live harmoniously with their family. With Kelli leading the way, puppies get to experience life in a safe and comfortable way that promotes a well rounded dog that is happy to explore and be with people. Kelli has worked with a variety of trainers and has held a lead trainer position as well as training manager position for 3 years. She has guided new trainers to success and dozens of clients as well. She is a crate and potty training expert. She is unique in her attentiveness to a puppy’s needs for balanced sleep, nutrition, and stimulating mental activity. She has experience training select puppies for future service work and has given those dogs an opportunity for success with her customized advanced socialization program and her natural ability to imprint and guide them through puppyhood while learning life long skills to take to their new homes.
